If you want to hire a reputable company, its best to see a portfolio of properties that they have maintained and their standing within the apartment or housing community. As good as an apartment complex looks it does not always mean that tenants are happy with the services. Positive or negative word of mouth can be a great way to determine if your property management company is doing what you hired them to do.
